Each person may hold only one ph9 account. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph9 login credentials. ph9 will never ask for your password or OTP via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility until you notify ph9 of unauthorised access.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
The ph9 Platform is strictly for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age limit is prescribed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. ph9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in such Account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
To use the ph9 Platform, you must register an Account by providing a valid Philippine mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal information. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph9 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.
The ph9 Platform is directed at players in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ph9 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. ph9 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
Each individual may register only one Account on ph9. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single person — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or other identifiers — is strictly prohibited. ph9 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual and to void any balances or winnings where duplicate registration is identified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph9 Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. ph9 will never ask for your password or OTP through any channel. Any transaction completed using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you promptly notify ph9 of unauthorised access to your Account.
You must ensure that all personal information associated with your ph9 Account — including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
ph9 is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine regulations. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Acceptable identification documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), driver's licence, passport, SSS card, or other government-issued Philippine identification. ph9 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
ph9 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. ph9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified ph9 Accounts (KYC completed). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to ph9's withdrawal policies in effect at the time of the request. ph9 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals typically complete within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions, while bank transfers may take longer.
Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the ph9 Platform. Funds that have not yet met applicable bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. ph9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.
All transactions on ph9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a Player deposits using a payment method that involves a currency conversion (such as USDT TRC20), the conversion rate applied will be that prevailing at the time of the transaction. ph9 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
ph9 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
ph9 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where ph9 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, coordinated play among linked accounts, and wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
Bonus funds not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be automatically removed from the Player's Wallet without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of applicable expiry dates.
All games and betting markets available on ph9 are governed by the rules specific to each game or market, as published on the Platform. These product-level rules supplement and are incorporated into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game or market.
ph9 uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all non-live-dealer games. Live dealer content is supplied by licensed third-party providers and is subject to those providers' operational rules. Decisions made by live dealers in accordance with published game rules are final.
ph9 reserves the right to declare bets void where: a game or market is affected by a technical malfunction; incorrect odds or payout ratios were displayed due to a manifest error; or where fraud or collusion is suspected. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the ph9 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and design elements — is the property of ph9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ph9's prior written consent.
ph9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ph9.onl/privacy-policy. By registering on ph9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. ph9 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph9 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages; (c) losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure events; or (d) losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security.
ph9's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
ph9 is committed to responsible gaming and complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. ph9 provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:
ph9 maintains strict age verification procedures in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Only players aged 21+ are permitted to register and play. ph9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a Player breaches these Terms; (b) ph9 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) ph9 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) a Player requests self-exclusion.
Upon Account closure, ph9 will return any verified, unencumbered funds (i.e., excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) to the Player via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or verification checks. ph9 is not required to pay interest on returned funds.
Players may close their ph9 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued at the time of closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ph9's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
ph9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ph9 will notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at ph9.onl/terms-conditions.
